Kiplay Vintage
A Norman tradition
Created in 1987, the Kiplay Vintage brand is recognized for its collections of vintage clothing inspired by models from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s: retro clothing, such as leather jackets, denim jackets, printed t-shirts and other pieces inspired by vintage aesthetics.
The pride of its Norman roots is reflected even in the brand's jeans, with the print of a map of Normandy. The entire collection of “made in France” jeans and work clothing is produced in their workshop, in Saint-Pierre-d'Entremont , where the company's headquarters has also been located since 1921.
Among the brand's emblematic pieces, we find the Gaspard jacket , worn by workers in the 60s , which has been revisited by the Kiplay Vintage stylists. While respecting the original model, its coupe has been adapted for a more contemporary version.
All of the brand's clothing is made in France from moleskin and chevron, two sturdy fabrics used at the time to protect workers from machines and bad weather. These fabrics are woven in France by the historic partners of Kiplay Vintage.
